RESYNCHRONIZATION
THERAPY DEVICES

Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is a proven
clinical treatment for heart failure management.

DISCOVER THE CRT RANGE

Abbott offers a variety of CRT options to help tailor the treatment to your patients. Our Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Defibrillators (CRT-Ds) can help you make a powerful difference in the lives of your heart failure patients.

GALLANT™ HF CRT-D

With a small, contoured design, the Magnetic Resonance (MR) Conditional Gallant™ HF CRT-D offers easier, faster, more effective CRT optimization with SyncAV PlusTM CRT technology and MultiPoint™ pacing (MPP).

Compatible with myMerlinPulse™ app

ENTRANT™ HF CRT-D

The MR Conditional Entrant™ HF CRT-D with SyncAV™ CRT technology offers powerful heart failure therapy in a small, contoured design.

Compatible with myMerlinPulse™ app

GALLANT™ AND ENTRANT™ HF CRT-Ds OFFER:

Precision Shock Technology

RIGHT ENERGY. RIGHT TIME. FOR GREATER FIRST-SHOCK SUCCESS1

Timing is everything when shocking a patient out of ventricular fibrillation (VF). Precision Shock Technology (PST) delivers the right energy within the right time for greater first-shock success.1–9 Any energy outside this response window is wasted.

Options to achieve the narrowest QRS for improved response

SyncAV™ CRT technology provides the most QRS narrowing options at implant for patients.10 QRS narrowing after CRT implantation allows improved mortality. In patients with left bundle branch block (LBBB), QRS narrowing after CRT implant is associated with 2x lower mortality.11

Published rate of QRS narrowing at implant10

Potential to save more lives with therapy assurance

VENTRICULAR FIBRILLATION (VF) THERAPY ASSURANCE DECREASES TIME TO TREATMENT FOR ARRHYTHMIAS IN PATIENTS WHO ARE LIKELY TO BE HEMODYNAMICALLY UNSTABLE

VF Therapy Assurance is the only technology to provide an additional safety net for difficult-to-detect ventricular arrhythmias. Without VF Therapy Assurance, ventricular tachyarrhythmias with low and varying signal amplitudes may not be successfully identified.12,13

of patients who received high-voltage (HV) therapy due to VF Therapy Assurance’s enhanced detection would have been otherwise untreated for potentially life-threatening arrhythmias.12

Protect patients with a physiologic waveform. No DFT test needed

OPTIMIZED PRECISION SHOCK TECHNOLOGY OFFERS NONINVASIVE PROGRAMMING OPTIONS TO OPTIMIZE RESCUE THERAPY TO EACH PATIENT’S UNIQUE PHYSIOLOGY AND CHANGING CONDITIONS

OPTIMIZED PRECISION SHOCK TECHNOLOGY is the industry’s most flexible option for the management of high defibrillation threshold (DFT). The algorithm supports a 10 Joules (J) shock safety margin for patients.14

*Fixed-tilt group of patients with competitive devices only achieved 83% success for maintaining a 10 J safety margin

Bluetooth® Low Energy Communication
